PM200S Thermal Pad high adhesive thermal conductive silicone sheets, mainly for the application of low fastening pressure requirements, low modulus of the polymer formed in the fiberglass base material, can be used as a filler at the interface between machine contact surface.

PM200S high adhesive low hardness ,enhanced breakdown voltage, electrical insulation good, meet ROHS and UL requirements of the environment, with high thermal conductivity.

PM200S with fiberglass cloth thermal conductive silicone sheet , mainly used for heating devices and fin or product casing without fastening device between the heat conduction.
